About Process Control Corporation

Founded by Joseph Robertson in 1967, Process Control Corporation supplies processors with auxiliary equipment, including gravimetric blending, scrap recycling, material handling and extrusion control systems.  We have an unending commitment to the design and engineering of advanced auxiliary machinery for the plastics processing industry.  Our goal is to provide the most accurate equipment and exceptional customer service.  Process Control leads the industry with advanced design and innovative solutions for the global marketplace.

We continue to set the standard with introduction of Guardian® Series 2, our all-new gravimetric blender designed to provide precise batch-to-batch dispensing and consistent homogenous blending in each and every batch.  Guardian® Series 2 standard features include off-the-shelf controls, color touch-screen, removable cartridge V-gate metering, redesigned material hoppers, integral drain chute, and a “No Dead Zone” mixing chamber.

Our subsidiary, Process Control GmbH, was established in 1994 and handles project engineering, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and customer service support for continental Europe, India, Africa and the Middle East. Process Control Corporation Asia provides project engineering, sales, marketing, and customer service support for China, North Pacific-Rim, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Dana Darley - General Manager

Dana began working in the extrusion industry in 1981 and has extensive experience with gravimetric blending/control, resin dryers, melt filtration and plastics recycling systems. Dana has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, holds a US Patent regarding gravimetric control of gear pump systems and has authored numerous technical papers on auxiliary equipment.

Mark Venable - Project Engineering Manager

Mark has more than 20 years experience as a Project Manager with a manufacturer of Industrial Equipment and Handling Systems. He has a Ph.D. in Engineering Science and Mechanics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

John Braaf - Western Regional Sales Manager

John began his engineering and manufacturing career in the plastics industry in 1971 working for companies such as General Motors, Mobil Chemical and Vanguard Plastics. In Sales Engineer and Management functions he has worked for companies such as AEC, Novatec/Maguire and Process Control. He has extensive experience with gravimetric blending and control and material handling systems. John has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla and has been a senior member of the Extrusion Division of SPE for over 25 years. He lives in St. Louis, Missouri.

Jonathan Phelps - Field Service Manager

Jonathan started working for Process Control GmbH in 1998 and provided service and technical support to customers throughout Europe, the Middle East, and the Far East. In 2004, he relocated to Atlanta and now leads our field service and technical support for the North and South America.

Allen Williams began his career with Process Control Corporation in 1990. His current responsibilities include spare part sales and warehouse receiving/inventory.

David Metzloff - Director of Operations

David has experience with Fortune 500, Consulting, Public Accounting and Privately-held firms. His career includes executive and management positions in manufacturing, distribution, technology and professional services. David has an MBA from Kennesaw State University, MS in Information Systems from Washington University (St. Louis) and a BS in Accounting from Grove City College.

George Miller - Mechanical Engineering Manager

George has worked with Process Control Corporation since 1985 and provides a key role in the design, engineering and manufacture of PCC products. George leads our quality program and supply chain management.

Walter "Len" Burleson - Electronics Engineering Manager

Len has worked with Process Control Corporation since 1989. He has significant experience in board designed and software development for industrial applications, including motor drives, I/O boards, programmable controllers and weight boards. Len is actively involved with the R&D, testing and certification of Material Handling Systems, Blending Systems, and Extrusion Control Systems. Len has a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.

Brad Melnyk - Software Engineering Manager

Brad joined Process Control Corporation in 2008 and leads our Software Engineering group. He has been involved with software development, engineering and project management roles within the water, power and communications industries. Brad has a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

John is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years experience in public accounting and private industry. He has a Bachelors Degree from Shorter College.

Willie Mosley - Plant Manager

Willie joined PCC in 1971 and has worked in all areas of PCC manufacturing, including fabrication, welding, paint, assembly and final test. In his current role as Plant Manager, he overseas all production operations and is actively involved with product engineering in the development of new products.
