Are methods of contacting the company readily available?  In addition to providing current news and product articles here on the blog, Process Control has been working for the past few years to bring you a complete, up-to-date source for company and product information.  That source is process-control.com.

Start the New Year Right with Savings

Happy 2013 from Process Control Corporation!

To kick off the new year, we would like to invite you to take a look at how much you can save by investing in a PCC Blending System.  We have developed two blending systems to put you on the most efficient path to feed and mix accuracy while still producing a high quality end product.  By precisely metering and blending resins and additives, we have created the most accurate, cost effective blending systems for processors.

The following spreadsheet documents the potential savings you could gain by operating either a PCC Batch Blender or PCC Continuous Blender.  If you would like a more personalized look at what your company could save, you can find a PCC sales representative in your area, or contact us directly at sales@process-control.com.

PCC Market Share Update

According to the latest SPI report, plastics machinery is still on the rebound this year, but overall statistics on machinery are flat.  Despite these figures, Process Control’s market share has been steadily increasing.  In Material Handling Systems, Central Grinders, and Gravimetric Blenders, our shares have more than doubled over the past 3 years.

Imitation is the Purest Form of Flattery

A PCC competitor recently introduced a new pull-out pellet screen for their line of vacuum receivers. Process Control has been offering this for over ten years as a standard feature on our RN line of vacuum receivers. The screen design is simple slide-out with two side latches and no tools needed for change-out.  Pellet screens are available in four different meshes, with a 6″ or 12″ diameter screen size.
